FUNCTIONAL ROLEAs a Comfort Advisor / Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home.While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet with customers in home, providing solutions to a wide variety of HVAC needs
Establish customer rapport and educate on options for products and service to fit their needs
Work closely with office and installation team to ensure efficient and smooth process through completion
Develop key relationships, negotiate, and close projects
Be the primary contact through duration of the project, including home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction
Answer questions and educate potential customer on the steps required to add products to their home
Keep detail records and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in business software
Create sale proposals that are accurate and complete, that can easily be transferred to the installation team
Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
Relationship selling to build strong bonds with customers and earn repeat business through excellent performance
Meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment
Become an expert in the market area and understand the customer needs.
Perform any other duty that may be directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills

A “self-starter” attitude and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
Maintain a friendly demeanor towards customers and works well with diverse personalities
Exhibits strong technical knowledge, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and understand technical specifications, construction plans and contract requirements
Broad understanding of HVAC and Plumbing
Valid Driver License
Ability to Pass a drug screen and / or background check
Ability to write and read English language
Strong ability to operate under all weather conditions
Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and / or kneel continually
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Three (3) or more years of proven success caring for clients (outside sales)
