JOB SUMMARY

( also known as Concrete Pumping Holdings– the holdings company NASDAQ: BBCP) has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Admin Assistant based in our Boise, ID location. This position will report to our Branch Manager and be responsible for performing a variety of administrative support duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Performs a wide variety of administrative support and record keeping activities. Provides administrative support to Branch Manager, general administration roles and other assigned positions.
- May assist in processing newly hired employees, changes and termination paperwork in a timely manner adhering to Human Resources requirements. May assist in conducting new hire orientations for new employees.
- Professionally interact with customers, take orders, schedule, and proactively communicate the status of order with customers.
- May assist with ordering of office supplies (or other orders as needed), organizing branch level employee activities, greeting and directing visitors, etc.
- Maintains filing systems, customer and supplier files and related folders. Ensures records are filed timely and in an organized manner.
- Maintain open communication with supervisor, branch offices, management and clerical staff.
- Answers and routes inbound calls.
- May process incoming and outgoing mail and UPS/FedEx packages.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 1-2 years of experience in general office administration/support.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills including excellent phone etiquette.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to use a fax machine, scanner, copier and other general office equipment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to follow through in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritize among competing requirements.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality of information.
- Dependable, punctual, mature and accountable.
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Works in an indoor office relatively free from environmental conditions or hazards
- Use of office equipment and computers
- Occasional lifting of supplies and materials (up to 20 lbs.)
- Must be able to verbally communicate to others.
- Must be able to meet requirements for hearing and seeing.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
