Summary / objective
As an administrative assistant you will provide support to our department managers and employees, assisting in daily needs and managing general administrative activities. R equiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures.

Required education and experience
High School Diploma (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)Two years minimum as administrative assistant or office managerTwo years minimum in customer service-related positionProficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuitePreferred education and experience
Clerical Experience- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminologyExtensive knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.Customer and Personal Service Experience- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Additional eligibility requirements
