We are actively seeking creative, highly skilled junior-level landscape designers with 3 to 5 years of experience for immediate employment in our New York City studio.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of talented designers and studio leadership, including National ASLA Design Medalist Tom Balsley. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a dynamic studio, develop a robust portfolio of built work of the highest design caliber, and engage with various other studios of SWA - the largest design-centric landscape architecture firm in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements
- Accredited degree in Landscape Architecture
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture firm
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication skills (graphic, written, and verbal)
- Effective time management skills
- Positive attitude and sense of accountability
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- 3D modeling (Rhino or SketchUp)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Lumion
- Hand sketching
- Light project management experience.
- Experience working on projects for NYC agencies, particularly DPR Capital Division, EDC, and DDC.
- Experience working on international projects, particularly in the Middle East and Asia.
- Experience with:
- Revit
- Grasshopper
- ArcMap/ ArcGIS
