We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the mid-market sector.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 25-35 mid-market opportunities, navigating them through the sales process with exceptional results.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers, delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives consistent revenue expansion.
  • Leverage your knowledge of sustainability, packaging, and business to conduct productive discovery calls with prospective clients.
  • Solve any quality, inventory, or timeline issues quickly and effectively.
  • Operate with high integrity, demonstrating a genuine desire to help customers and the planet.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of success in a relevant sales role, consistently exceeding sales quota.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • A well-founded understanding of sales principles and an intuitive ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
