We're now looking for an associate-middle level Business Development Manager. This position is a full-time, Hybrid position.


Your challenges:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the assigned region.
  2. Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the residential energy sector, focusing on new business opportunities.
  3. Lead the localization of the company’s products and brand in the region, coordinating marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify areas for business expansion and optimization.
  5. Collaborate closely with relevant departments to tailor sales strategies and offerings that align with customer needs.
  6. Provide senior management with regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.


Your profile includes:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 4 years of experience in the North American energy market, preferably with a background in sales and connections in residential solar, real estate, inverters, consumer electronics, or energy storage solutions.
  2. In-depth understanding of the energy industry, particularly in home energy storage systems, services, and market dynamics.
  3. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  5. Strong market analysis and expansion skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to think independently and logically.
  6. Fluent in spoken English, with proficiency in using English as the primary working language.
  7. Open-minded, collaborative, and excellent communication skills with a strong team-oriented approach.
