This role focuses on outbound calls to potential customers to promote our innovative sub-panels and home battery systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers adopt energy-efficient solutions, contributing to our mission of creating a sustainable future.
Your challenges:
- Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting our solar sub-panel and home battery products effectively.
- Needs Analysis: Assess customer needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow-Up: Track and follow up with leads to nurture customer relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Shift Flexibility: Work various shifts, including weekends, ensuring availability to meet customer needs while having a minimum of two days off per week.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Your profile includes:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Bonus Qualifications
Knowledge of solar energy products, renewable energy systems, or home battery technologies.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Bilingual skills (Spanish preferred) are a plus.
