Overview
Enhanced Building Management, a South Carolina based construction company servicing the Southeast in GA, FL and SC. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that enjoys a fast paced, team-oriented work environment with construction administration experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a solid understanding of construction processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in company construction software and possess excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties
- Vetting and directing all incoming calls.
- Upload correct and accurate job file documentation
- Maintain Monthly Reports for management team.
- Work closely with sales team and operations on administrative task as needed.
- Handle recurring and unique tasks as necessary.
Requirements
- Prefers individual with a strong understanding of construction contracts.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in construction environment is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Have experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Quick Books knowledge Preferred.
- Learn our company-based construction software program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
