Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Review and process submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and other project-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, meetings, and approvals.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Act as a liaison between the project team, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues in a timely manner.
- Review and approve contractor work plans and schedules
- Document and report on-site observations, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on construction activities.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Address inquiries and concerns from clients, regulatory agencies, and other parties involved in the project.
- Assist with project closeout activities.
- Organize and maintain project files and records.
- Track project schedules and milestones.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and contract documents.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and document observations.
- Verify compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Address field issues and facilitate resolutions.
- Coordinate inspections by regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical assistance and support to contractors and subcontractors.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
- Coordinate responses to requests for information.
- Mediate disputes and conflicts among project participants.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and project team members
- 5 years of construction administration/management experience
- Valid driver’s license
Skills:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in document management software.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and specifications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
