Location: Savannah, GA office. Various job site locations across Southeast Georgia, typically spanning Rincon to Brunswick

Our specialized services include foundations, equipment setting, piping, steel fabrication & erection, tank & vessel construction, and electrical & instrumentation work. Job Description: Construction Manager working out of our Savannah, GA office, managing projects local (within 2 hrs) to that area.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the execution of their projects, working to complete jobs safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Coordinate with sales, estimating, and the customer to gather all necessary details and develop the job execution plan. Build project schedule, including manpower for Graywolf self performed tasks. Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries to suite the job schedule.
• Installation Management: Oversee installations, notices to customer, communicating with site supervision daily, and reporting up weekly. Contract subcontract services. Construction equipment rentals or schedule Graywolf construction equipment.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, multiple craft superintendents, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with our quality manual, industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets by managing purchases, subcontracts, and labor. Manage CMR reports for each job.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide plans and intent, project updates, address concerns, and contract changes.
• Problem Solving: Implement knowledge from past experiences, foresight, communication skills, and perseverance to work through and resolve problems
• Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safe work. Plan your jobs to be done safely. Coordinate between Graywolf safety department, your crews, and customer safety representatives to achieve safe job sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in industrial construction supervisor role.
• Various mechanical project experience

o Concrete, steel erection, piping, tanks & vessels, equipment setting

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to go to project sites as needed.
