This role is responsible for utilizing simple hand and power tools to assemble, manufacture, disassemble, repair, sort, and inspect small soap-dispensing units and larger sub-assembly machines.

What You Will Do:
- Assembles customer orders for shipping and process orders through the Koerber/SAP system.
- Performs simple audit checks to ensure the proper function of assembled equipment
- Works from process and specifications sheets
- Accurately processes necessary paperwork related to labor reporting and record keeping
- Utilizes TPM tools improve safety, efficiency, increase service to our customers and reduce cost
- Proactively communicates maintenance needs, quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
- Ensures constant communication with management on daily activities and losses
- Assists in training teammates
- Other duties as assigned
Position Details:
- Plant location: High Point, NC
- Work week and shift: Monday thru Friday 6 am - 3:30 pm, some weekends required as determined by plant.
- Compensation package offered: $18
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have basic math ability
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Immigration Sponsorship not available for this opportunity
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be able to stand upwards of 10 hours
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborative and team-orientated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time-management and communication skills
