The Field Operations Support Specialist (Installations) position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina and reports to the Equipment Systems Manager. This position is responsible for supporting QSR Equipment installation in customer properties to drive growth and meet corporate sales objectives. This position will be instrumental in the continued development of QSR's installation processes.
What You'll Do :
- Verify work completion against third party invoicing
- Submit invoicing in payment system for approval and payment
- Create expense and capital reporting for finance, field and other stakeholders
- Create and distribute workload report to Field and other stakeholders
- Modify workload report based on Field Updates
- Enter equipment orders as necessary for installations and other offerings
- Identify and implement improvements to processes with a bias towards automation of activities
- Executes other work as directed by manager

The pay range for this position is $72,700.00 - $109,100.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
