Logistics Specialist (6-Month Contract, Hybrid - Eagan, MN)
Contract : 6 Months (Potential to Extend or Convert to Permanent)
Hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in Eagan, MN)
Pay : $21-$23 / hour
Schedule : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM CST

Key Responsibilities :
Manage North America Export Warehouse schedule and capacity (Ecolab / Nalco).
Represent the International Logistics team in daily operational meetings with warehouses.
Analyze export shipments from delivery creation to PGI and prepare meeting materials.
Communicate and follow up with internal and external customers regarding export shipment exceptions and delays.
Manage the Ocean Control Tower inbox, addressing escalations and troubleshooting issues.
Support other central operations tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Associate’s degree or higher (preferred degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Transportation).
Preferred Skills :
Experience with SAP and TMS systems.
Background in an international logistics environment.
Knowledge of hazmat regulations (DOT, IMO, IATA).
Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
