POSITION OBJECTIVE:
EcoLogical Insulation is expanding into the Huntsville, AL market and looking for a Sales Representative to help them grow. This is a unique opportunity to build something new, develop strong relationships, and take full ownership of sales in this region. As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders, and working closely with operations to ensure smooth project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and pursue sales leads in residential and commercial markets.
- Consult with clients, assess their insulation needs, and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Attend industry networking events (home builder associations, community events, etc.) to build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with estimators and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize CRM and estimating tools to track leads, bids, and customer interactions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or construction-related industries.
- Background in business development with a strong ability to generate and close deals.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and technical aspects of insulation (or willingness to learn).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives in a competitive market.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
