Job Title: Accounting Administrator
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: 7:30-4:30 / 8:00-5:00 β 1st Shift
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrator for Fresh Meats Deduction to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and processing deductions related to fresh meat transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining efficient communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and reconciling deductions for fresh meats, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies or disputes related to pricing, returns, and other deductions.
- Collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to verify and validate deductions.
- Maintaining detailed records of all deduction transactions, including supporting documentation.
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly reports related to deductions and financial reconciliation.
- Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any issues or inquiries regarding deductions.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently while adhering to established accounting procedures. Experience in accounting or a similar administrative role in the food industry is preferred.
