As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Remote Project Manager to help us manage and execute various projects across different business functions.

Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Remote Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects within the organization. This role will require strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet business objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver results while working remotely on a flexible, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and execute a variety of projects, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress and adjust schedules, resources, and priorities as needed to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.
• Manage project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow across projects.
• Continuously review processes and workflows to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a remote or eCommerce environment (2 years preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to manage scope changes and client expectations effectively.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
