We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for guest records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Oversee calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events.
Skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with computerized systems and office software, particularly Google Suite.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
