What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Econo Lodge?
The Econo Lodge of River Falls is now accepting applications for a Night Auditor. Night Auditor shift runs from 11pm-7am. Weekend and holiday hours will be required. This positions may require you to stand for long periods of time. Prior experience using windows based software is preferred.
Duties May Include:
Checking in and out guests.
Answering the phone.
Making and processing reservations.
Handling guest requests.
Provide guests with information about the hotel as well as other local attractions.
Keeping lobby and Front desk area clean and organized.
Greeting guests.
Laundry.
Light cleaning.
Potential Applicants Musts:
Maintain a professional appearance.
Work well independently.
Adhere to proper credit/cash handling procedures.
Ensure hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and guest privacy is maintained.
Have excellent communication skills.
Excel at Customer service.
