Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in commerical settings. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and feedback.
- Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surfaces.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Be able to work outdoor
- Be able to lift and climb 50 lbs of linens
- Be able to work with commerical grade chemicals
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials, including floor care and carpet cleaning.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
