What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor - 3rd shift position at EconoLodge?
We are looking for a Night auditor. 10hr overnight shifts. 10pm-8am. 3 nights on 3 nights off rotation.
Candidate needs to be a self starter, honest, reliable, and communication is a must. Someone who isn't afraid to investigate and solve issues. Someone who is experienced with computers and can navigate easily through an office setting. Capable of handling guest complaints and service recovery if needed.
Duties include but not limited to:
Nightly audit
Greeting guests in a kind friendly manner
Checking guests in and out
Answering phones throughout shift
Handing money and CC payments
Doing Laundry during shift
Setting out breakfast in the morning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.50 per hour
