Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations within the Front Office of a Luxury Hotel looking to obtain its 5 star ratings.
Managing guest requests, complaints, needs. Assist in new hire onboarding and training.
Qualifications for Management
Candidates must have hotel management experience as Assistant Department Head or Department Head. Must be proficient in hotel operations and programs. Opera proficiency preferred.
