Job Description
General Description:
The Administrative Support Staff is directly responsible to the Supervisor of the Anti-Displacement Program. The requirements of the position will be accomplished through, but not limited to, the following duties:

Job Duties
Daily/Regular:
· Manage calls, messages, follow-up with team members as needed
· Database entry and records management
· Link clients to appropriate resources
· Other duties as assigned.
Periodic:
- Attend appropriate meetings and trainings.
- Participate in at least one agency-wide, one program-wide, and as many site-level activities as possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Current, clean driver's license.
- Excellent typing, organizational, interpersonal oral and written communication and spelling skills.
- Excellent computer skills, knowledge of MS Word, Publisher and Excel.
- General office knowledge.
- Ability to work with persons of varying socio-economic and education backgrounds.
- Ability to assume a variety of responsibilities and make independent decisions as needed.
- Flexible and detail-oriented.
- Skills in establishing and maintaining team relationships.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and do heavy lifting of 50 pounds without restrictions or sit for two-hour periods without restrictions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 5 hour shift (3 days per week)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Elmira, NY 14901: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
