Hospital Linen Attendant

Job Description

The Hospital Linen Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all hospital linens are properly, sorted, and distributed to the appropriate departments. The attendant will work closely with the laundry team to ensure that all linens are delivered to linen storage areas throughout the hospital, serving all hospital patients. The attendant will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all linens are properly stored and organized.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
