Job Title: Electrical System (PLC) Paint Manager
We’re looking for a highly motivated Electrical System (PLC) Paint Manager that is an expert leader and drives operational excellence. The PLC paint Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing PLC-based control systems to enhance productivity, efficiency and safety in the paint shop.
Responsibilities:
- Design control logic
- Program PLC’s using specialized software
- Testing and Troubleshooting programs
- Conduct system upgrades
- Perform routine Maintenace
- Provide technical support
- Ensure the paint lines runs without interruptions
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel to include presenting information to individuals and small groups.
- Advanced problem solving, time management and project management skills.
- Advanced PC skills including MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
