We are seeking a dynamic and driven Paint Production Manager to oversee our production processes, ensuring that safety, quality, and production benchmarks are consistently achieved. This role will involve close collaboration with teams in materials management, quality assurance, and engineering to align with our company’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

Schedule labor effectively to maximize productivity.

Responsible for overall paint production and schedule attainment.

Accomplish material and labor production goals.
-
Maintain safety and housekeeping within your Value Stream.
-
Ensures quality assurance process is being followed.
-
Schedules material and human resources to meet the Production plan.
-
Coach, mentor, and discipline employees as necessary.
-
Complete annual reviews for Subordinates in the Value Stream.

Maintain and complete all Human Resources paperwork for the employees in your Value Stream
Qualifications:
-
At least 5 years of related manufacturing leadership experience.
-
5 years' experience with paint line and robotics
-
Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel to include presenting information to individuals and small groups.

Advanced problem solving, time management and project management skills.

Ability to lead personnel toward the achievement of company goals.

Advanced PC skills including MS Office Suite.

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to implement and direct environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.

Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
