Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.

Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus placements, and networking events.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints and facilitate resolution in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

Prepare and process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related documentation.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations relevant to the automotive manufacturing industry.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both internally and externally.

Track training effectiveness and employee development progress.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare reports and documentation for audits, regulatory agencies, and management reviews.

Assist in the implementation of health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Fluent in English and Korean with excellent communication skills in both languages.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
