Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our staff and customers. This is a part-time and seasonal position with opportunities for growth and advancement according to the business needs.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and computerized
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls
Skills:
- Strong project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
