Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Crew Supervisor to oversee field operations, ensure service excellence, and lead a team of cleaners. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-kept, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Duties
- A. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and train cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and EcoPure’s service standards.
B. Quality Control & Compliance
- Inspect completed work to ensure all cleaning tasks meet company and client expectations.
- Implement checklists and quality assurance procedures for consistency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and eco-friendly cleaning practices.
- Report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the Operations Manager.
C. Client Relations & Communication
- Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate major client complaints or special requests to management.
D. Operational Efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure company vehicles and tools are maintained and used properly.
- Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
E. Administrative Duties
- Submit daily/weekly reports on team performance, completed jobs, and incidents.
- Track employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to policies.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new cleaning staff.
3. Qualifications & Skills
- 3 years of experience in cleaning supervision, janitorial management, or hospitality/housekeeping leadership.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits)
