Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. EcoPure Cleaning Services LLC is a professional cleaning company providing residential, commercial, and janitorial services across the DMV area. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly, and reliable cleaning solutions tailored to client needs. As we expand, we seek motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to drive business growth through client acquisition and retention.

A. Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and generate leads for residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services (e.g., post-construction, move-in/move-out, healthcare facilities).
- Conduct consultative sales calls, meetings, and site assessments to understand client needs.
- Present and promote EcoPure’s cleaning packages, pricing, and eco-friendly solutions.
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
B. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and upsell additional services.
- Gather feedback to improve service offerings and resolve concerns promptly.
C. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Research local market trends, competitor pricing, and service differentiators.
- Identify new business opportunities in real estate, property management, corporate offices, and government contracts.
D. Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale.
- Submit weekly sales reports, including lead status, conversions, and revenue projections.
3. Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, B2B/B2C service sales, or business development (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the DMV area’s cleaning industry is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $84,315.00 - $97,478.00 per year
