Despite the demand, this service is often overlooked by many other companies in the cleaning industry. In addition to this, we set ourselves apart by utilizing energy efficient techniques, electric tools, and eco-friendly materials to ensure we deliver a sustainable, but high quality solution to the over polluted industry of exterior home cleaning. The business focuses on environmentally safe cleaning methods, ensuring that all solutions used are non-toxic, biodegradable, and energy-efficient.
Job Summary:
All operations including interviews and meetings will be virtual.
Schedule: Part-Time: 22.5 hours per week
Tuesday-Friday: 3:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am-4:00pm
21 hours in the field Virtual meetings for training & general performance check-up
Pay Type: Full Commission (1099)
Average performers make $19.55/hr
Top performers make $46.22 /hr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients while field marketing.
- Tailor and pitch sales proposals to individual client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Attentively track manual tasks, leads, and analytics using CRM software.
Position Qualifications:
- Previous experience is not required however is preferred, especially in cleaning or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Age Requirement: 16 years old / Valid working papers in New Jersey
