Role Overview
This leadership role oversees hiring, training, operations, and customer service at EcoShip. Responsibilities include workforce management, staff development, KPI oversight, and process improvements in the warehouse. The role also ensures high customer service standards, leads performance reviews, and fosters a culture of excellence and growth while upholding EcoShip’s core values.
Human Resources
- Working with Team Leads to hire and develop a training program for new hires
- Hiring warehouse employees
- Performing conflict resolution with staff
- Promoting warehouse staff to Team Lead roles or additional support roles
- Developing and implementing policies to improve the management of people
- Working with staff to create a Performance Improvement Plan when necessary
- Create and adjust KPIs to better reflect needs of the business
Customer Service
- Oversee Account Manager(s)
- Work with AMs to identify issues and problem-solve solutions to improve the level of service we provide
- Ensure we are hitting our KPIs
- 4 hour reply time
- Clear inbox at end of day
- Customer satisfaction
- Create and adjust KPIs to better reflect needs of the business
Operations
- Forecast and prepare future needs for the warehouse
- Find staffing solutions when we have a surplus of deficit
- Work to improve the operational flow of the warehouse
- Pallet racking layout
- Shipping station layout
- Finding creative solutions to issues we face
- Ensuring warehouse remains tidy and in good working order
- Set and work within a budget to improve warehouse operations
- Identify and develop potential future leaders within the warehouse
- Lead a weekly Team Lead meeting to discuss current state of operations and problem solve issues
- Ensure we are hitting our KPIs within the warehouse
- # of adjustments made Per week (200)
- Income per Warehouse Hour ($65/hr)
- Same Day Ship % (95%)
- Create and adjust KPIs to better reflect needs of the business
Reviews

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
