• Conduct site surveys of our clients’ facilities. 
• Perform detailed technical design for energy conservation measures.  
• Make technical decisions in collaboration with our design engineers and construction managers. 
• Analyze risks and areas of concern for the project and identify solutions. 
• Perform calculations for mechanical design and equipment selection. 
• Design mechanical drawings for HVAC systems. 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, College diploma, Associate’s degree or Technical Diploma in Building Mechanics. 
• Proficient in AutoCAD and experience using REVIT. 
• Knowledgeable about HVAC systems.  
• Knowledgeable about codes and standards. 
• Open to traveling in the United States. 
• 3-5 years of relevant experience. 
• Preferred: Professional Engineer 

• Annual base salaries (approx. $75,000 - $93,000). Base salary is an approximate range and dependent on location and years of relevant experience.
