Sales Coordinator

Pro Outdoor is a leader in Outdoor Solutions for the Home Services Industry in the Midwest. We have multiple locations and are poised for further growth by expanding into other markets.

Pro Outdoor is seeking an energetic, motivated and driven individual to join our Team as a Sales Coordinator and contribute to our continued success!

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the schedules of each member of the Sales Team. This individual will also coordinate with other departments to ensure that sales, marketing and deliveries are handled effectively.

Essential Functions

  • Take initial qualifying sales calls and schedule appropriately.
  • Taking the lead on organizing resources to ensure the sales team has what they need for each sales call
  • Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
  • Monitor sales team's open opportunities to ensure they are being followed up w/ on time
  • Referral tracking
  • Update databases and customer records
  • Communicate customer feedback
  • Ensuring the inventory of sales presentation materials are up-to-date, including all print literature
  • Acting as the primary contact for all incoming sales leads
  • Offer all lines of business and services to potential customers on the initial call
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales and Marketing on lead generation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Assist Sales Team
  • Follow up with incoming leads, qualify them, and schedule meetings with perspective customers for sales team
  • Collects Deposits and input customers into sales CRM
  • Learn the ins and outs of Salesforce
  • Pull Reports in Salesforce and other CRM's
  • Work with Production Representatives
  • Self-motivated with strong/honest work ethic
  • Strong organization Skills a must
  • Excellent communication skills (In person/phone/email/text)
  • Computer use competency
  • Sales Force experience required
  • Service Titan experience a plus

Compensation: 50-55K

Job Type: Full-time
