Job Position Details
- Conduct inspections/assessments for biological or chemical contaminants (depending upon client’s need)
- Collect samples for the type of testing that is requested by the client
- Learn different sampling methods
- Documenting site observations
- Consulting with clients

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders, access roof systems, and access attic areas
- Ability to crawl in crawl spaces
- Must be able to wear respirator
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check
- Comply with safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
- Experience in remediation, general construction, HVAC industry, or this field are beneficial but not required.
