Job Position Details

Conduct inspections / assessments for biological or chemical contaminants (depending upon client’s need)
Collect samples for the type of testing that is requested by the client
Learn different sampling methods
Documenting site observations
Consulting with clients

Job Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to lift 50lbs

Ability to climb ladders, access roof systems, and access attic areas

Ability to crawl in crawl spaces

Must be able to wear respirator

Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check

Comply with safety regulations and guidelines

Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.

Professional oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals

Experience in remediation, general construction, HVAC industry, or this field are beneficial but not required.
