Location: Central New Jersey (Ideal candidate will reside near central, NJ to conveniently service the Freehold and Dover areas)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Commission-Based
Compensation: $78,000 Base/Draw Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities of the Residential Sales Consultant - EcoSystems

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our landscaping services.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell our comprehensive range of landscape solutions.
  • Secure new projects for residential properties and ongoing maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and offer innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Prepare professional proposals and conduct on-site client presentations, ensuring continuous follow-up on all open opportunities to maintain client engagement.

Qualifications of the Residential Sales Consultant - EcoSystems

  • Proven experience in outside sales (minimum 2 years; residential B2C sales is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email, text).
  • Strong multitasking, sales, and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence and motivation to set and achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong and honest work ethic.
  • Computer proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Valid and clean driver’s license.
