Position Overview
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for directing all company-wide treasury management activities consistent with liquidity needs for business operations, including bank relationship management, cash and treasury operations, and debt service. This role will make recommendations regarding cash management and other treasury issues and maintain and evaluate cash system controls and procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with proper servicing of organization's debt, including: review, and understanding of Company’s Credit Agreements, including review of all business-related impacts to the Company’s existing Credit Agreements, payments, and assistance with compliance of covenants and various compliance filings.
- Lead global cash management including maintaining rolling 13-week global and domestic cash forecast and ensure alignment with FP&A. direct
- Manage all domestic & foreign cash and debt activity, as well as external banking relationships.
- Manage the ABL revolver facility, including draws and repayments, monthly borrowing base submissions, letters of credit, and the annual audit.
- Manage short-term investments as applicable. Develop and maintain a model to forecast the Company’s interest income and expense and other treasury-related items, as required.
- Coordinate with Company’s Tax and FP&A departments on matters impacting cash expectations.
- Assist in the maintenance of Company’s intergroup debt position and the worldwide repatriation of cash, including analysis of overall tax optimization, incorporating the impact of all worldwide payment withholding obligations.
- Oversee external travel provider and administer travel and expense reporting system
- Coordinate year-end treasury-related audit requirements for the company in conjunction with the auditors and corporate accounting department. Evaluate and complete audit requests in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related degree required. Certified Treasury Professional designation preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of broad treasury related experience.
- Ability to apply financial, accounting and cash management principles, theories and concepts in the cash management decision making process.
- Experience in international cash management, foreign currency exchange, and currency risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of risk management, accounting, finance, and tax.
- Must demonstrate understanding of foreign currency transactions and experience dealing with external banks, both from an operating and relationship standpoint.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- High energy and action-based ability to create a motivated team, both in finance and across functions.
- Highly collaborative and able to work on a team of tax, accounting, regional finance directors and legal people to solve problems and optimize the company’s structure and cash flow.
- Ability to analyze and modify processes in a complex and fast-paced environment.
