What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant to Office Manager position at EcoWater of Greenville LLC?
This position will provide administrative and clerical support for the Office Manager. This position will support various main office functions including
- Schedule service appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare communications, such as memos, and emails
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong typing skills and computer literacy
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative task
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in office management and calendar coordination is a plus
- QuickBooks and Google calendar knowledge
- Background check and drug testing required
- Full time 9 am -5 pm weekdays (Paid lunch)
- Job location is Piedmont. Five minutes from I-85 exit 35.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
