Job Description
The Sanitation Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily sanitation processes at our facility. This includes ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a safe working environment for employees.
The successful candidate will have strong management skills, with a proven ability to lead a team of hourly associates and supervisors in achieving their goals. They will also possess a sound knowledge of steps to sanitary restoration, as well as industrial safety practices such as Lock Out/Tag Out and HAZCOMM.
The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual, with a preference for English/Spanish fluency. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from management to entry-level employees.
