Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Training Facilitator. This role will oversee driver training and compliance within assigned geography, coordinating and conducting training and coaching activities to ensure the safety of team members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety, transportation, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a compliance or training role in a large fleet environment. They will be responsible for partnering with regional Operations leadership to drive continuous improvement in training and compliance, providing metrics and analysis to regional leadership on fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct training and coaching activities to ensure the safety of team members
- Partner with regional Operations leadership to drive continuous improvement in training and compliance
- Provide metrics and analysis to regional leadership on fleet performance
- Develop and deliver training content to drivers, supervisors, and managers
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Safety, Transportation, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a compliance or training role in a large fleet environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Class A CDL - preferred but not required
