arming hospital systems with unbiased insights, so they can optimize their supply chain.At ECRI, our passion for the truth drives us to go further and dig deeper in our pursuit to advance effective, evidence-based healthcare globally.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Global Marketing Manager, you are responsible for defining go-to market strategy, messaging, and tactics to promote products and services that help acute and non-acute providers improve patient safety. In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute the marketing plan to drive engagement for our expansive safety portfolio.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEssential Functions : Develop a cohesive and compelling narrative for ECRI's multi-brand safety portfolio, ensuring it resonates with diverse, complex buying groups.Craft tailored value propositions and positioning statements that clearly differentiate ECRI's safety portfolio service offerings compared to the competition.Design detailed buyer personas and messaging maps.Create annual marketing plans and quarterly go-to market plans.Identify and execute an engagement strategy for tradeshows, industry events, trade associations, and speaking opportunities.Generate sales enablement tools, presentations, talk tracks, and messaging.Monitor and gather market intelligence around healthcare mergers and acquisitions.Plan and develop deep dive and short form content for awareness campaigns.Measure, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs.Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement email workflows and digital campaigns.Additional Responsibilities : Other duties, as assigned.Accountability Metrics : TBDPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSExperience : Minimum of 7 years of healthcare B2B marketing experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Keen attention to detail and desire to understand new products.Demonstrated experience in creating compelling content.Self-motivated, with analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary workforce.Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required.Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Certifications and Licenses : N / APOSITION COMPENSATIONThe salary range for new employees in this position is $107,776.96 - $122,315.47.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis position operates in a remote environment and requires the individual to remain in a stationary position.ADA STATEMENTECRI is committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.EEO STATEMENTECRI is committed to providing equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.#LI-Remote
