Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support the design team
- Provide technical guidance to the sales team
- Oversee quality control to ensure efficient and effective designs
- Monitor project budgets and design progress
- Work with project managers and field teams to resolve scheduling and material issues
- Review design specifications to ensure compliance with contract scope

The Person
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NICET III or IV certification
- NICET Water-Based Systems Layout - Level III or IV
- At least five years’ experience leading a fire sprinkler design team
- Minimum of three years’ experience in AutoSprink
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working on projects such as:
- Pumps
- High-rise buildings
- Multi-family housing
- Storage facilities
- Data centers
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
