Preconstruction Coordinator - $38-45k - Baton Rouge

The Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of our commercial flooring projects. Your work will support Sales and Estimating teams and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Documentation and Reporting

  • Organize and maintain project files.
  • Create & track project submittals to ensure accurate material orders.
  • Compile reports for Sales & Pre-Construction team.

    • Bid Preparation

  • Maintain bid schedule & deadlines.
  • Assist in creating detailed bid proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Communicate with suppliers for pricing and availability while maintaining strong working relationships.

    • Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, project management, and operations teams to align project requirements.

    • The Person

  • Education / Experience in commercial construction or related field(s) is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Teams and related software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
