We are a leading manufacturer of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), looking for an experienced and tenacious Sales Representative to cover the New England Territory.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our New England sales efforts in the building and construction industry. Your mission : to promote and sell our high-quality Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and associated products within your assigned geographic territory. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships and contributing to our market presence and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry.Sales Prospecting : Identify and target new customers and market segments to generate leads and expand the customer base.Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our SIPs and related products, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to clients.Solution Selling : Provide customized solutions to clients based on their specific project requirements and needs.Quoting and Pricing : Perform material take-offs from client supplied drawings and prepare accurate and competitive price quotes for clients.Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed sales strategies.Sales Reporting : Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts utilizing company provided CRM system / database.Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Project Management : Act as primary contact between customers and company for all communications throughout the estimating, sales, drafting, production, shipping, and invoicing / collections processes.Travel : Travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit construction sites as needed.The Company
