The Role
Are you a skilled coach with a strong understanding of spiritual growth and personal transformation? Do you have experience supporting individuals through life-changing transitions?
At FCI Milan, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Transition Coach to join our Life Connections Program (LCP), a faith-based initiative aimed at reducing recidivism and supporting personal transformation.
You will play an integral role in supporting Adult in Custody (AIC) participants at FCI Milan. The position involves working with a multi-faith group, offering both religious coaching and life-skills guidance. You will be expected to develop programs, track community service hours, and assist AICs with their transition into the community. This role offers the opportunity to foster spiritual growth and contribute to reducing recidivism.
This is a part-time, 1099 vacancy.
Contract : 5 Years, up to 30 hours per week

Position contingent upon contract award.
