ECS is seeking talented and driven professionals to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will serve as a scientific and technical advisor to ARPA-H—enabling the agency to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts; help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions; integrate and advance our nation's healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies; and enable the agency to expand its healthcare and scientific scope into yet unknown areas. As a “systems engineering and technical assistance” advisor, you will provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and stakeholders across the health innovation ecosystem.
What you will do:
- Provide event and engagement coordination to ARPA-H:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies for ARPA-H
- Track ARPA-H events/initial planning stages with all coordinators
- Create and coordinate messaging with the ARPANET-H Hubs around ARPANET-H projects
- Coordinate and plan external engagements, public appearances, and meetings for senior ARPA-H personnel (including Director, Deputy Director, and COO), including ethics clearance
- Analyze, interpret, and translate ideas and issues into easily understood, clear and concise statements.
- Stay current with scientific advancements
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse team:
- Build strong relationships with scientists, engineers, and other advisors involved in the program.
- Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and problem-solving exercises to drive the program forward.

- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Demonstrably strong expertise in strategic engagement planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract
- Intermediate
- Masters degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Demonstrably strong expertise in strategic engagement planning with experience in marketing strategies, developing collaborative relationships and project management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for healthcare and scientific discovery.
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required per contract.
- Advanced
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 15 years of experience
- Demonstrably strong expertise in strategy planning, cross team collaboration and partnership development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Req Benefits:
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
