ECS is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to work in our Washington, DC office.
The Asset Management Analyst provides operational support by helping plan, coordinate, and implement SAF/CDMX's Lifecycle Management efforts, optimizing asset management processes using data driven approaches. Manages high-level coordination across several senior stakeholder groups to validate and document complex, evolving, and high-profile processes and associated data structures. Develops and recommends efficient asset management procedures and workflows for implementation into the wider MPE Capability ecosystem. Supports the requirements management and program management equities for Asset Management modernization within SAF/CDMX. Identifies risks to asset management modernization efforts and helps develop mitigation strategies. Per section 1.3.11.2 of the PWS, specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to the development of a MPCO Product Support Strategy and Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (or tailored equivalent) to align operational, acquisition and sustainment functions to deliver MPCO outcomes focused on best value to USAF and
- Support the development of enterprise logistics, procurement, property accountability, spares management, storage, supply chain assurance, hardware and software asset management, lifecycle replacement and
- Support the development of enterprise logistics and sustainment metrics, Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using MPCO-owned or other Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) tools, like ServiceNow to build reports and dashboards for managing risk and making informed enterprise
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership conveying status.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
The successful candidate is expected to accomplish the following outcomes during the first year in the position:
- Formally track all tasks, to include: assigned by, suspense, status, and comments on all assigned tasks through completion and be prepared to brief upon request.
- Develop digital continuity folders and files that include standard operating procedures, workflows and POC lists to accomplish all tasks.
- Create 2-3 products beyond the client's requirements that positively impact the client to either increase efficiency, effectiveness, or innovation.
- Master position tasks within 60 days and exceed requirements within 90 days.

Requirements:The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- MA/MS (or a BA/BS plus an additional 4 years of related work experience)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience,
- Minimum of six (6) years of specific work-related experience in support of a DOD component.
- Understanding of DOD operations, structure, and functions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to effectively plan, organize, and execute operational initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Req Benefits:
Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
