ECS is seeking a Budget Analyst to work remotely.
ECS is currently searching for a full-time PMO Lead, Budget Analyst for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Multi-Channel Technologies (MCT), working under the Veterans Experience Office, transforming its ability to serve Veterans through modernized VA Contact Center CRM and telephony systems. This role contributes to improving the VA employees and Veteran's lives and working towards a larger mission.
- Assist with the monitoring, validation, tracking and reporting of progress of financial documents through various VA financial management systems to include (but not limited to) the Budget Tracking Tool (BTT)
- Provide support for VA's multi-year planning (MYP) schedule and deliverables
- Lead MCT's Strategic and Operating Plan efforts
- Facilitate meetings and track action items in support of the FY22 budget
- Update and maintain artifacts for current program planning and execution
- Maintain data providing status of capabilities, costs, performance and schedules
- Collecting, tracking and reporting government travel projections
- Support the day-to-day overall program management effort and support the preparation of briefings, targeted meetings and budget reviews
- Maintain the PMO project tracker and PMO impact dashboard
- Update and maintain SharePoint to reflect an accurate budget artifact process
- Coordinate the development of strategic and operating plan artifacts
- Coordinate and facilitate quarterly Operating Plan Reviews
- Compile and analyze data to assist government personnel in making data-driven decisions
- Advise VA management and customers on complex system projects and activities
- Identify, track and mitigate program risks and issues

Req Benefits:
Salary : $160,000 - $165,000
