What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Management Consultant (Administrative Support Professional) position at ECS Federal, LLC?
ECS is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Support Professional to provide onsite support at our Bethesda, MD location.
Please note that this role is currently operating under maximum telework due to COVID-19, and onsite support will resume upon customer request.
The candidate will support ECS's clients at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) by providing assistance with various administrative functions, including, but not limited to:
- Providing logistics support for meetings
- Coordinating schedules and conference rooms, and booking teleconference lines
- Sending out meeting invitations and managing meeting timekeeping, recording, distributing, and archiving meeting minutes, as well as developing agenda topics, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting briefs
- Organizing and managing tasks and data requests in support of executive-level programs
- Developing, managing, and maintaining action item trackers and providing regular follow-ups for status updates to action item owners
- Assisting NHLBI staff with payroll and time and attendance processing
- Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for NHLBI staff on Leave, Alternative Work Schedule (AWS), and Telework policies
- Completing general clerical and office tasks
- Performing other tasks as needed or requested
High proficiency level with MS Office Suite including Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reports and presentations
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and diverse environment
Ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels
