ECS is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to work in Quantico, VA.

ECS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Configuration Manager / Quality Assurance Lead to provide IT services and support for hardware, IT systems, applications, and operational technologies that support mission critical operations in support of our DOJ FBI Client. The scope of this program is to enhance enterprise IT services and solutions to this FBI component to provide best-in-class end-user support and drive improvements in the operations, management, maintenance and integration of services across multiple networks, systems, and applications to enable and enhance mission operations for law enforcement capabilities.
In this role, you will be working at the intersection of traditional IT and specialized scientific and operational technology systems to ensure functionality, performance, availability, responsiveness of supported IT systems and services.
Requirements:
- US citizenship required per contract with active Top-Secret clearance
- 3 years' experience performing configuration management or quality assurance functions
- Plan and execute configuration management throughout the project lifecycle, including development, migration, deployment, security, and decommission
- Oversee the daily management of configuration items including hardware and software configuration items
- Maintain ownership and currency of a configuration management database
- Review and update configuration management processes
- Ensure that IT staff members follow CM processes
- Act as a Test Lead or equivalent and familiarity with developing test plans and processes that meet government systems engineering and testing requirements
- Experience evaluating and applying automated testing frameworks and tools within a CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience evaluating and applying performance testing tools to ensure systems and applications meet performance requirements
- Proven success developing and maintaining formalized deliverables for large scale-federal programs including the following or equivalent: Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Test Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills including customer and employee engagement
